RESEARCH
Overview
My research interests mainly lie in emerging technologies for artificial intelligence (AI), including very large scale integration (VLSI) circuits and systems, neuromorphic computing, deep learning, machine learning algorithms, and machine intelligence applications. My major accomplishments include designing and fabricating neuromorphic chips with a low-power CMOS/BiCMOS process, and exploring the applications of deep learning to internet of things (IoT).
